Refund Policy

Return Conditions

You have the possibility to return the products within 7 days from receipt, provided that they are returned in their original condition, with their original packaging intact and all accessories included. You must include your order number inside the package in order to be refunded.

1- Return Fees

Return shipping fees are, in all cases, the responsibility of the customer.

No return will be accepted for a fully functional product whose use was not understood or mastered by the buyer.

2- Return Procedure

To return a product:

• Contact our customer service at the email address info@supercircuit.shop to inform us of your intention to return a product.
• Carefully pack the product in its original packaging.
• Include your name and your order number inside the package.
• Send everything to the address provided by our customer service.

1)Cancellation Before Shipping

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, simply write to us at info@supercircuit.shop In this case, a full refund will be issued as soon as possible.

2) Shipped Package or Package Not Collected at Pickup Point

If the order has already been shipped at the time the refund request is made, or if the package is delivered to a pickup point but is not collected within the allotted time and is returned to us, the refund will be issued once the package has been received at our premises.

The initial shipping costs will not be refunded in either case.

3)Verification and Refund

Once the product has been returned and checked in accordance with our conditions, the refund of the product will be carried out using the payment method used at the time of the order. Shipping costs are not refunded.

4) Exceptions

Products returned incomplete, damaged, broken or soiled will not be refunded.
