These Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use (TCSU) define the conditions under which SuperCircuit offers its products for sale to customers.
3. Acceptance of the Conditions
By placing an order on our website, you unreservedly accept these TCSU. SuperCircuit reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time. The applicable TCSU are those in force on the date of the order.
4. Products
The products offered for sale are those listed on the website www.supercircuit.shop, subject to available stock. SuperCircuit reserves the right to modify the product assortment at any time.
5. Orders
To place an order, the customer must select the desired products and add them to the cart. After validating the cart, the customer must create an account or log in to an existing account to finalize the order. The customer will receive a confirmation email once the order is validated.
6. Prices
Product prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC). Delivery fees are added to the product price and are displayed before order confirmation. SuperCircuit reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time of order validation.
7. Payment
Payment is made online by credit card, PayPal, or Apple Pay. All transactions are processed in euros (€). For payments made from another country, currency conversion fees may apply depending on your bank.
8. Delivery
Delivery conditions are detailed in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. SuperCircuit cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to the carrier.
9. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise the right of withdrawal without providing any reason and without penalties. The customer must return the products in their original and complete condition. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
10. Guarantees
Products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of non-conformity, the product may be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
11. Liability
SuperCircuit cannot be held liable for damages resulting from misuse of the purchased product. In any case, SuperCircuit’s liability is limited to the amount of the order.

All elements of the website www.supercircuit.shop are the exclusive intellectual property of SuperCircuit. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use any part of the site, whether software, visual, or audio, even partially.

15. Product Safety and Use
SuperCircuit reminds customers that its products are designed for children, but some components such as the suction cup and the rope are detachable. Therefore, these products are not suitable for children under 3 years old without parental supervision. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children while using the product. SuperCircuit declines all responsibility in the event of accidents, misuse, or improper use of the product.
